Heather Rapalo, LCSW

Heather works with the Foundation Counseling Center remotely, and thus she is only offering Telehealth Sessions. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the State of Florida. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling from Moody Bible Institute, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida International University. Heather has experience working with all ages but especially loves working with youth. She welcomes individual and family treatment.

Heather has experience with populations and topics relating to biblical lament, grief and loss, low self-esteem, identity issues, foster care, adoption, family relationships, abuse, trauma, addiction, child advocacy, community programming, church and parachurch ministries, and psychiatric and residential treatment programs. In her sessions, Heather strives to meet each client's individual treatment needs through providing biblically aligned clinical treatment that promotes wholistic soul care.

Heather is recently widowed and through this sudden loss, has leaned on God's grace for continuous strength. She enjoys time with her daughters, traveling, specialty coffee, and connecting with friends and church family.
