Client Portal

Below, you’ll see the button to access the SimplePractice Client Portal. Once signed in, current clients will be able to view their upcoming & past appointment times, join video sessions, & see their payment information. Simply click the button, enter your email, & then click the link in the confirmation email you will receive.

Please note: If you have not accessed your Client Portal before, or if you have not given Foundation Counseling Center email consent, please give our office a call before clicking the button above and we will set it up for you.
